“I was very pleased with the prompt service and delivery of my replacement Home thermostat. The only issue was that the package was delivered in a soft envelope, so the outer box was crushed, causing initial concern that the unit was damaged as well. But not to worry, the unit was in perfect condition and is now installed and working as expected.”
