“I talked with your support tech, placed my order, and arrived fast. I have not installed floor heat yet. It is scheduled to be installed the week of the January 24th. Thanks. I know if I have any issues you will be there fore me.”

“GFIC tripped repeatedly. Thermostat was said to be at end of life. So bought a replacement. Installed that and the new one tripped out. Unwired one of the two mats connected in the circuit and now it no longer trips. However, the temperature sensor is not near the mat that is apparently okay, so it keeps heating the floor trying to reach the set point. Bottom line, this system is shot and to fix it I’ll have to tear up the tile floor after just five years without knowing why it went bad. Very unhappy.”

“We have loved the heated floors and your thermostat. However the longest we have had these thermostat's last is two years. Really wished they would last as long as the warranty and when they fail it was easier to use the warranty. It's difficult enough that most of us just give up and buy another.”

“Paid for next day shipping. Items were not even shipped 48 hours after the order was placed. Yes, it was shipped “next day” but was not received when the shipping calculator guaranteed. Disappointed”
