“Our heated bathroom floor was no longer heating. It was suggested by NuHeat that it was more likely the controller than the element under the tile. I ordered a new controller from Warm Your Floor. The process was easy and I had the controller in a couple of days - exactly when promised! However, the electrician determined that it was indeed the element and the way that it was wired and installed under the tile. A new controller wouldn't help in our case. Very disappointed! I will have to return the controller. However, my overall experience was excellent!”

“Warm Your Floor really delivered for us! Our NuHeat Harmony controller recently failed with two months left on the warranty. Unfortunately, it was out of production and the new Home controller wouldn't fit in our electrical box without lots of work. NuHeat had no new Harmonys but Warm Your Floor did. Mathew and Kelsey worked patiently with us, when NuHeat would not, to provide a new Harmony under warranty. This required more than a few phone calls. But, they remained courteous and committed to finding a solution for us.”

“I replaced my 15 y/o infloor controller with the Nuheat touch screen controller. I was a little apprehensive because it stated the controller has limitations on the type of infloor temperature sensor it can work with. Fingers crossed and it works great! Love the touch screen and easy set up and display info.”
