“I bought and installed a custom NuHeat floor heating system and WiFi thermostat. The NuHeat team provided great technical support during the design / buying process. Once the design was finalized, the product was built and shipped within three days and at my house in under a week. When I needed a replacement mat for my shower due to an installation issue with the tile (unrelated to the mat), Warm Your Floor took my replacement order on a Monday morning at 8AM CDT and I received the replacement mat Wednesday evening. Amazing service!!! As far as installation, my custom mats were cut per the design and fit my bathroom perfectly. Installation and testing was very easy for me as a DIY’er. I will be hooking up all electrical connections and setting up the thermostat in the near future and have every expectation that the system will perform as advertised. The installation and test instructions are straight forward and easy to follow for a novice with floor heating system. I would highly recommend doing business with Warm Your Floor and the NuHeat flooring system.”
