“I ordered an extra floor sensor because my contractor told me he puts 2 in, with one as a spare, just in case the active one fails. That way switching to the extra sensor, if needed, at the thermostat is simple. Ordering was easy and it came quickly.”

“Very easy to contact for installation help, but first advice didn't ask enough to ensure that wiring was correct. Had to call them again to correct problem. Floor initially didn't seem to be as warm as before, even thought thermostat was maxed out, but it seems to be ok now.”
