“interaction with on line rep via chat was helpful but not as much as I’d preferred. Couldn’t understand me any local suppliers. Ultimately, due to possibility of delivery interruptions for Covid-19, I ordered from manufacturer w/overnight delivery. A little pricey but at least I have and will install this week.”

“Very helpful! I wish I would have ordered through your company the first time. I placed an order after my order with another company was missing and I couldn't get ahold of anyone to tell me what was going on with the order. “Service was excellent, all my questions were answered well, and placing the order was easy. I'm a little disappointed in the heating performance (basement foundation floor with ceramic tiles.) Looks like I'll have to keep on 24/7 if I want a warmer floor for a couple hours in the morning”

“This was a replacement for a thermostat that stopped working after 6 years. I figure that's not bad. We had a programmable one, but didn't change the temp, so we bought the core/standard one this time. Just a warning - don't even CONSIDER that you can put this in yourself, even as a replacement unless you're a licensed electerician/builder. Just the instructions made my eyes bulge. But our friend, a contractor, put it in, took about half an hour or more. Worked like a charm. From 66, it went to 81 degrees and toasty within the hour. I love the radiant heat, it's in our bathroom.”

“The NuHeat thermostat arrived quickly and installation was straightforward. Programming the thermostat is so much easier than the original 2008 NuHeat thermostat which was unreliable. So far the replacement is working and not randomly going into standby mode. Hoping it continues to perform as programmed!”
