Nothing misleading here, Rafael. You're welcome to return the watch for a refund anytime. We've shipped over 50 of those free items so far, so we know the codes are working, and the instructions are clear to our new customers. If you'd still like to sign up, we can apply the code you received for a refund. Just send us a screenshot of your code to support@xeric.com.

“I am waiting already almost 1 month for the shipment of the watch which was supposed to be sent by priority mail and was intended as a birthday present. I am very dissapointed to find out that the package hasnt arrived yet and from the tracking information it seems to be stuck more than 2 weeks somewhere. My personnal feeling is that it got lost. Please correct me if otherwise”
