“Fast, easy, affordable. Outstanding selection of solid watches. Delivered quickly with tracking to ensure accountability and transparency. I knew when the watch shipped and when to expect it. I have not had any issues with the watch or delivery, so I cannot speak to customer service, but if the experience I've had so far is any indication, I expect it would be likewise professional and responsive. When next in the market for my next watch, I will go here first (assuming they carry the watch I'm shopping for).”

“Watches.com had my back! I had an issue w/a Minion watch (one of the eyes was off its mooring and lying at the bottom of the watch face when it arrived) and as I did not see a return label or instructions for returning the watch in any of the packaging, I was concerned w/how this was going to go. Well, it couldn't have gone better or easier. I emailed Watches.com, had a very pleasant exchange w/Taylor who told me how to return the watch and immediately sent a return label. Taylor contacted me after they received the returned watch and asked if I'd like a refund or a credit. I honestly can't think of how this experience could have been better. Shopping at Watches.com is 100% worry-free - trust me, I know.”

“What a great experience! After my Casio smartwatch shipped without its proprietary charging cable, I reached out to Watches.com and they were able to contact Casio and get a new cable sent to me. Ashley was my rep, and she was absolutely wonderful! Apparently, some people expect the seller (Watches.com) to personally open every box from a manufacturer and check it before shipping it, but that's not realistic. Besides, stuff happens. I didn't have a cable, but it's not a mark against either company, it's just how the world functions. As long as I was able to get a replacement, that's all that mattered.”

“Fantastic customer service! The original watch I bought I returned as the recipient did not like it. The whole process was so smooth and I received a full refund. I purchased a second watch, which arrived as quickly as the first and he is thrilled with it. This is a really great company to deal with and I will definitely order from them in the future.”
