“i have had issues with this company in the past. but, i have to compliment the service they provided re a purchase i made several months ago. first, they gave me the solution to my issue with the watch. then i didn't follow the advice bc i couldn't see how to apply the very clear instructions bc i'm basically an idiot. anyway i sent the watch to them and they fixed the problem right away and shipped it back to me FREE! thanks Alyssa!”

“My only isssue is i think this may be a male watch. Because the way it fits it doesn't bend well. If this is the case could I get a box so I may give to. My son-in-law. But looking into your web site. The other watches have such amazing designs. I love how they are not typical. The watch based on a jet airplane My nephew is a airplane mechanic so i have a feeling I will be getting a fee Christmas gifts from your site. Great creativity. One question i have siezures would you be able to make a metal sleeve for the band that states Inhave seizures? That would be one leas bracelet i would have to wear. With your creative skills i trust inwould like your ideas. Kandy R Garibay”

“Great company!!! BUT I WISH THE PICTURES YOU ADVERTISE ,ARE ACTUAL SUZES OF THE WATCH FACE!! LITTLE UPSET ABOIT THE PURCHASE SIZE OF THE FACE. KINDA MISLEADING ON THE ACTUAL WATCH FACE A LITTLE SMAER THAN WHAT I THOUGHT I WAS GETTING.”

“The quality of watches is as good as you would see in a high quality jeweller's windows.Any of the mainstream brands like Seiko or Citizen have all the warranty details and you can register your watch with a local agent in your own country.This leaves you safe in the knowledge you are buying genuine products and not Chinese knock-offs or similar.”

“Had an issue with the Zodiac I ordered (not watches.com fault). Reported the issue to them via email and received a response in less than an hour. I returned the watch and was sent a replacement. Extremely good communication during the entire process. Highly recommend using watches.com! I'll definitely be making another purchase from here in the future!”
