“Customer service was fantastic. There was a small issue with shipping and customer service called me back within 5 minutes to let me know that the problem was resolved. Then a follow up call to make sure that the delivery was complete.”

“I posted this before, but I just got an email asking me to rate so.... Do not waste your money on this, they will rip you off! I am disgusted with the watch I got. I bought the silver level and they sent me a USED watch, that you can buy new for 69 dollars! This company should be ashamed of themselves! Complete rip off!”

“EXCELLENT customer service. Had an issue with the watch and the CS rep took care of it immediately. Do NOT buy from Asford.com. The experience I had with them was AWFUL. They do not stand behind their products and their business practices are shoddy at best. Will definitely continue to buy from Watches.com!”

“After the watch I ordered came up out of stock (apparently, someone else ordered it just as I was doing so), the crew at Watches.com reached out to their supplier and found one (it was a limited run). They had the supplier ship directly to me so as to not cause any more delay in receiving the watch. Great experience with professionals.”

“Shipping took longer than originally stated (the reason for four stars), but was still within two weeks. The package arrived securely packed and disguised, evidently to avoid pilferage en route. The watch, a Spinnaker Croft mid-size diver, is exactly as described. The quality is excellent. Thanks to an advertised discount, the watch also was a bargain.”

“Watches.com is just an E-Commerce website front without any actual inventory. They are a broker who sells and ships direct from the manufacturer. You must do your own research on the watch you are buying beforehand. It also took over a month to receive the watch. It did arrive well packaged and in perfect condition. The price was fair and the watch is a quality piece. There is almost zero customer service with this company - just an online watch broker.”

“Meh - It was just a robotic internet purchase. Shipping was slow as the watch was shipped direct from Hong Kong. Watches.com appears to be an ECommerce website with no actual inventory on hand and ships from the manufacturer. I just happened to like the watch and did research before buying it.”
