Hey James! I'm sorry for the issues you've had with your three orders. I'm happy to see that the third watch arrived finally at the beginning of the month! International shipping is taking a little longer than usual. It does look like a team member gave you return instructions for the Zinvo that wasn't working and they've got the replacement ready for when the team receives your watch back! As for your order that showed delivered but you didn't receive it, it also looks like a team member recommended you file a stolen package claim with the insurance that you purchased, I hope you were able to do that! “I really like shopping at your website because I have purchased three SiSU watches and really like two of them but never wear the second one because my wrist is way to small and I even went to a watch place to have them remove a link but it's still too big. Unfortunately you don't sell a good band that I can get to replace the original so I'm stuck with having it sit on my dresser. Other than that, I only have good things to say about watches.com”

“i have had issues with this company in the past. but, i have to compliment the service they provided re a purchase i made several months ago. first, they gave me the solution to my issue with the watch. then i didn't follow the advice bc i couldn't see how to apply the very clear instructions bc i'm basically an idiot. anyway i sent the watch to them and they fixed the problem right away and shipped it back to me FREE! thanks Alyssa!”

“My only isssue is i think this may be a male watch. Because the way it fits it doesn't bend well. If this is the case could I get a box so I may give to. My son-in-law. But looking into your web site. The other watches have such amazing designs. I love how they are not typical. The watch based on a jet airplane My nephew is a airplane mechanic so i have a feeling I will be getting a fee Christmas gifts from your site. Great creativity. One question i have siezures would you be able to make a metal sleeve for the band that states Inhave seizures? That would be one leas bracelet i would have to wear. With your creative skills i trust inwould like your ideas. Kandy R Garibay”

“The quality of watches is as good as you would see in a high quality jeweller's windows.Any of the mainstream brands like Seiko or Citizen have all the warranty details and you can register your watch with a local agent in your own country.This leaves you safe in the knowledge you are buying genuine products and not Chinese knock-offs or similar.”
