“I was totally unhappy to buy a watch that didn’t work. I don’t mind if it’s value or worth isn’t there after all it’s a mystery watch. What I didn’t bargain for was a watch that don’t work, that to me was totally unacceptable. I have since communicated with someone at your office and I am now still wanting for a reply which I sincerely hope is forthcoming in view of this.”

Hey Keith, No cheating here! The mystery watches are all marked down much lower than retail value. In fact, the item you received is a greater value now that the model is discontinued and no longer being sold by the brand. As a first-time buyer with us, I would not recommend the mystery watches unless you are truly ok getting a random piece from our collection. I do see that our customer service offered you an additional option. That's great! I hope you enjoy the watch for many years to come!

Looks like the post delivered in about 15, but we do also have upgrade shipping services if you ever need it faster! “Got a Silver Level Mystery Box; a bit of a risk (naturally speaking), but overall I was happy. Got a Vestal; seems to be pretty common from the other comments, but overall I was happy with my purchase (and it came it with a little guitar pick which I found fun as a player).”
