“the Timex Waterbury i received was in my opinion more relevant to bronze level rather than silver very disillusioned with level of watch supplied which does not detract from the fact it is a serviceable watch but not one at the level i was expecting .customer service are very good at replying and sending watch instruction downloads may well deal again despite initial disappointment”

“My watch is fine. However, an employee of watches.com likely stole my credit card number as multiple spurious charges (about $470) appeared on my credit card. I would never do business with watches.com again.”

It is also peak holiday season, so carriers are subject to delays. We do recommend a faster shipping method at checkout if you would prefer to have the package sooner.
