“Shipping took longer than originally stated (the reason for four stars), but was still within two weeks. The package arrived securely packed and disguised, evidently to avoid pilferage en route. The watch, a Spinnaker Croft mid-size diver, is exactly as described. The quality is excellent. Thanks to an advertised discount, the watch also was a bargain.”

“Watches.com is just an E-Commerce website front without any actual inventory. They are a broker who sells and ships direct from the manufacturer. You must do your own research on the watch you are buying beforehand. It also took over a month to receive the watch. It did arrive well packaged and in perfect condition. The price was fair and the watch is a quality piece. There is almost zero customer service with this company - just an online watch broker.”

“Meh - It was just a robotic internet purchase. Shipping was slow as the watch was shipped direct from Hong Kong. Watches.com appears to be an ECommerce website with no actual inventory on hand and ships from the manufacturer. I just happened to like the watch and did research before buying it.”
