“Xeric is a fine company based in the USA. Be aware for import taxes. Bus all went very well. Shipping was fast. The watch is exceptional and of high quality. It's a pleasure to wear. Would buy from watches.com againg. Also very good customer service!”

“I would like to preface by thanking Alyssa with customer service for her assistance with my ordering process. I had returned a watch prior to receiving my halograph III, and she was incredibly helpful and quick to reply. Despite this, I wish I experienced better shipping. I had paid for UPS priority shipping (next day), and received the watch 7 business days later. The website advertised through UPS, but DHL ended up handling the package. This is no fault of watches.com, but it was very frustrating to spend 40 USD on shipping that experienced normal delays at customs.”

Hey John! Thanks for leaving a review! Sorry to hear about the troubles. Have you emailed our team? We tend to get a lot of emails regarding chronograph functions. The seconds hand will only work when the chrono is in use. So sometimes it's unclear if it's running right away. I am wondering, if perhaps that's what you're referring to?
