“I received my water bottle on Friday after it had arrived over a week late, to open the packaging to find the bottle top smashed off during delivery. I sent an email and had a prompt email back to ask me to give them 1 day to respond. I have still not received a response and have had to send a subsequent email and photos expressing my dissatisfaction. This is my first order with water drop and so far they have not met my expectations of customer service. Having read reviews after placing my order I can see that this is a common complaint and wish I had not placed my faith in this company. I do not recommend this company.”
