The favours our accurate to the descriptions and I like the fact that you can change how concentrated it is by changing water levels. The bottles are made of strong glass and are very pretty, I would highly recommend to anyone!”
“Bit of a hit or miss with these. The melon ones are disgusting but most of the others are nice. Sometimes it can be quite grainy and doesn't fully dissolve. Probably wouldn't order again but if I did I would only choose certain flavours.”

The only thing I could fault Waterdrop for in general, is that the plastic films don't peel easily off the pods and I am often having to use my nails to get enough off to release the pod.”

“I really like the products from waterdrop UK. I feel water has been given a new meaning in my life. The water filter I brought makes the water taste so much better than straight from the tap, it's lost the bitter metallic taste it used to have. The flavour cubes are lovely, I haven't found one I don't like yet. I have also recently tried the hot drinks which are delicious, I love the mint one especially. All the products I have are great and help me remember to drink more water.”

“Love the hydration cubes! But the customer service needs a lot of work! Also if something is out of stock after purchasing; they don’t inform you at all and when enquiring you get a single response and the wait time is from 2 days to over a week so needs a lot of work. Love the products but the company has more improvements to do hence the 3/5 stars.”
“A really fab water bottle and flavour pods. Loved the bottle designs and had real trouble choosing just one! So I will probably be back for more. Beautiful flavours that, as a diabetic I can enjoy without worrying about my blood sugers. Can't wait to try out all the others. It would have been 5 stars if the pods were prices a little bit more competitively - but I'm really nitpicking here as I understand they are infused with all sorts of vitamens and good stuff! I've already subscribed so hopefully might pick up on some good deals by doing that. Brilliant products all around!”
“Lovely bottle and the flavoured cubes are all delicious. I did have a problem with the water bottle and it arrived with a broken lid. I called up and the handler agreed to dispatch a new one that arrived within a few days. Very good service”
