“Not to be trusted . As a loyal customer , never fought it will happens to me - order placed was not arriving for two months . I was chasing by e-mails and everything I had as a response were time by time formal, meaning nothing ( copy/paste probably) answers .When I start posting if on the Facebook ,my order arrived in 4 days .

“Large presentation box is great but could do with stickers for sky, snow and koko pinà. I love the waterdrop capsules but I have poor vision and find it difficult to separate the film from the plastic. Would it be possible to square the plastic lip off just before the film ends so that slightly overhangs to make it easier to catch hold of? Overall, I love this product, sky being my favourite and I'm definitely Drinking More Water!💦💦”
“I am rubbish at drinking water, i have tried water drops before and they really made a difference to my hydration through the day, they are great for kids school water bottles as they're not allowed juice and my youngest is terrible at drinking plain water and they have the added benefit of vitamins, when i run out i really feel the difference. I should really sign up for the subscription but haven't committed as yet. The flavours are great and i do have my favourites. I would recommend waterdrops to everyone!”

The bottle of a great quality and knowing that he’s drinking a lot more water now than he ever had in the past makes it a great purchase in my opinion.
