“I have been a big fan of Waterdrop for years. It helps me drink more water without adding sugary squash to my water to spice it up. I love the variety of flavours and trying new drops. My new favourites are the Ice Tea drops, and I hope they're here to stay. Delivery is now speedy too, and that's a bonus.”

“I really like the quality of the products and the range that they have available, any time I've had any issues they have sorted it for me no problem and they are always so pleasent and polite when talking to the staff. Would really like a UK local store though as I think our one in London is now closed and I would have liked to send the recycle scheme through them”

“I am so, so glad I found Waterdrop. The customer service is great, the product has _really_ helped me drink more water, and I really enjoy both the flavours and the bottles. My current favourites are Focus, Breeze, the ice teas, Vibe and Glow, but it varies! Having moved to the west of England from a country with amazing drinking water, I really needed something to help me return to water from diet soda. My teeth and body thanks me for it, and so does my wallet!”

“I had an issue with the lid of my 600ml steel tumbler, it leaked! I contacted waterdrop & sent them a photo of the lid as it was slightly misshaped. They gave me two options. Points, that would be more than I would need to redeem for a replacement on my next order. Or a new lid posted out. I choose the lid to be posted so I could use my tumbler as I had just placed a large order & was likely to place another one soon.”
