“I was very disappointed with this , the delivery was mucked up but when it finally arrived the flavours are feeble. I cannot taste anything, really weak . I’m also afraid the glass bottle will break. Not up to scratch for me.”

“Love the product! Disappointed by customer service and delivery :( I waited 4 days before contacting then was told it was “going to dispatched” 9days later it arrived… I do love the product but it’s annoying when your close to running out and you can’t get more.”

“The blue bottle was a beautiful shade that my mother adores. Got her into waterdrop now so I get her points too (she will not embrace internet shopping lol). She loves the peach iced tea and I e given her a few other flavours to try now as well.”

“There was a delay with my delivery but the customer care team were really helpful and apologetic. Now I have my order and I love it. The bottle design is lovely and the flavours in the starter pack are fab too. I have already ordered some different flavours!”

“Items not delivered and communication very poor items apparently returned to sender as they couldn’t find my address even though they have delivered before The offers on the original order are now gone and water drops will not reinstate my original order very disappointing as I like to concept and product”
