“Hi have had this since early July 2022 not yet a month and a chunk of glass has broken off. My husband and I were cooking in the kitchen and heard pop and tinkle, we looked around and noticed a piece of glass next to the Lucy jug. It sits in the corner where our coffee maker sits and has not been used since the day before. I have included a few pictures of it. Please can you tell how to progress from here.

“Great flavours Eco friendly small amount of sucrose or Stevia, they take a long time to fully dissolve the pod, over 300ml the taste is fairly diluted, they can be a bit difficult to open a milk like opening top would be helpful, I wish you could purchase more than 12 to get better value”

The cold drinks are all delicious. Flair is a delicate flavour but very enjoyable. The cold caffeinated flavours are also really good.”
