“LOVED THE DESIGN OF THE GLASS AND SINCE RECEIVING THIS PRODUCT I HAVE MADE FREQUENT USE OF THIS.THE ONLY DOWNSIDE IS THE TOP SITS LOOSLY ON THE GLASS. COULD I SUGGEST THAT WATERDROP CONSIDER PLACING A SEAL ON THE INNER LID. I WELCOME YOUR FEEDBACK ON THIS MATTER.”

“I think Waterdrop is a great idea and a refreshing alternative to fruit squash. I find them ever so slightly expensive though and think they should be slightly cheaper or include free postage to make them a little more affordable.”

“Fab products, they taste great and I love there's no sugar. The bottle designs are sleek and delivery is very quick. Only downside is the packaging isn't recyclable, I hope this changes soon.”

“I have loved every flavour in the starter pack and I really like the Blueberry too. I loved the Boost flavour so much that I’ve ordered more!! The bottle is great, not as heavy as I expected. My only worry is the grooves inside the lid. After only a few days use there a few dark spots that won’t come out despite all I’ve tried. But overall a great way to drink more water without adding sugary cordial to it for flavour!!”

“Love the concept of waterdrop. It encourages me to drink more water as I enjoy the flavours and there’s such a good selection available. My only criticism is that the electrolyte range could be better.”

“High quality water bottle for a reasonable price. Love the colour, matte finish, and bamboo cap. Only caution is for returns, you have to create and pay for your own shipping label.”

“i love the drinks but communication can be difficult and i dont know how much longer i can continue to financially support a company that doesnt treat ALL of its customers equally by creating a mail in system so we can return our spent pods to create new pods so we can buy more drinks a proper closed loop system”

“Convenient range of alternatives to buying drinks from the shop or just plain water which heats to room temperature quickly. A strength of flavour indicator would be helpful as some flavours have such a light taste so you want to add extra. Where as some have very strong flavour”
