“i love the drinks but communication can be difficult and i dont know how much longer i can continue to financially support a company that doesnt treat ALL of its customers equally by creating a mail in system so we can return our spent pods to create new pods so we can buy more drinks a proper closed loop system”
“Convenient range of alternatives to buying drinks from the shop or just plain water which heats to room temperature quickly. A strength of flavour indicator would be helpful as some flavours have such a light taste so you want to add extra. Where as some have very strong flavour”

The drink was very weak when mixed with 600ml water but I guess everyone has different preference!
It does seem like a lot of plastic packaging though.
Some of the drinks do leave grit in the bottom of the glass
