“Hi have had this since early July 2022 not yet a month and a chunk of glass has broken off. My husband and I were cooking in the kitchen and heard pop and tinkle, we looked around and noticed a piece of glass next to the Lucy jug. It sits in the corner where our coffee maker sits and has not been used since the day before. I have included a few pictures of it. Please can you tell how to progress from here.

Please can you stop taking points away from people due to inactivity e.g. they could be seriously ill, in financial crisis or even have died.

However was a bit disappointed that 2 the water drop packets were really close to best before date as I ordered on 20/6/22 and one has a day of 31/7/22 and the other was 31/8/22 . For the price I was hoping there would be a longer date as I have ordered a few different water drops so do not have the same one every day”
“Generally good customer service - I have made several orders from waterdrop so far and have had no complaints with what I have received. Recipticals have all been sturdy and practical.
From a product development perspective, despite being lower plastic, please consider selling your drinks cubes in a no-plastic option for home consumption(the cardboard sleeves should suffice for delivery), or investigating the new range of bioplastics that are increasingly available.
Please also widen the options for returning the (albeit small) pieces of plastic packaging for recycling.”
“I really like the waterdrop drinks. I definitely drink more water, whether I drop one in a big bottle for a subtle flavour or in a smaller bottle for a more distinct kick. I have tried most of the different types - hot, cold, and caffeinated with a few favourites in each category.”
“I love the concept of water drop, the bottles are excellent quality and the drops are tasty, I would give it 5 stars but the packaging of the actual drops is too much plastic and fiddly, if there was a more sustainable option it would be 5 stars”

But on the down side I think that the pice of the cubes themselves are probably too high for most people to keep buying. Maybe at £5 for a dozen cubes yes.
Suddenly drop the price of the cubes to that or very near and watch the sales soar.”
