“Generally good customer service - I have made several orders from waterdrop so far and have had no complaints with what I have received. Recipticals have all been sturdy and practical. From a product development perspective, despite being lower plastic, please consider selling your drinks cubes in a no-plastic option for home consumption(the cardboard sleeves should suffice for delivery), or investigating the new range of bioplastics that are increasingly available. Please also widen the options for returning the (albeit small) pieces of plastic packaging for recycling.”

“I really like the waterdrop drinks. I definitely drink more water, whether I drop one in a big bottle for a subtle flavour or in a smaller bottle for a more distinct kick. I have tried most of the different types - hot, cold, and caffeinated with a few favourites in each category.”

“I love the concept of water drop, the bottles are excellent quality and the drops are tasty, I would give it 5 stars but the packaging of the actual drops is too much plastic and fiddly, if there was a more sustainable option it would be 5 stars”

“Ok, I like the bottle 5/5 I like the flavours 5/5 Speed of delivery. 5/5 But on the down side I think that the pice of the cubes themselves are probably too high for most people to keep buying. Maybe at £5 for a dozen cubes yes. Suddenly drop the price of the cubes to that or very near and watch the sales soar.”

“Love these waterdrop flavours although I think it would be a good idea to be able to buy a larger quantity pack I think 12 a random amount too Ime drinking more water since buying these they definitely work without your mouth getting claggy”

“Parcels are always really well packaged with recyclable paper and card. I use the tubes to store my grandchildren’s colouring pens and pencils. They are too cute to throw away! Only reason I gave 4 stars is that the sports lid leaks and the print is coming off the toddler bottle.”

“orders are great the first one took around 5 days and the second took 2. it's not bad compared to others. I love the rewards system that they got when you buy something you get points and you get a free item of your choice with those points.”

“I'm drinking more water per day than I ever have as a result of Waterdrop and that was the objective. However, the product is very expensive and pretty weak - I tend to use one portion with around 450ml of water.”
