“I will give this 4.5 stars, it would have been 5 but the lid arrived damaged. I contacted customer service which ordered a new one straight away. It hasn't arrived as yet but I'm assured its just taking a little longer due to the situation in Ukraine. Now on to the tablets! They are delicious and make drinking water so much easier! They are subtle enough not to make it too sweet and taste great 😋”

“I absolutely love Waterdrop products and the whole idea of fully recyclable, sugar free drinks is fantastic. I only drop one star because delivery is a bit like Russian roulette, no prior notification when products will be delivered; I miss most of them and continually having to chase parcels around the local Royal Mail facilities!”
“Really like the idea of less packaging whilst being able to jazz up my water intake, I especially like that you can get caffeinated drops as well to help reduce my intake of sugar through energy drinks! I do feel a bit wasteful though each time I have a drink and am left with a little plastic pot, along with the fact they are shipped from Europe so not sure it does really reduce my personal waste. Lovely flavours though and the glasses are amazing too.”
