Lovely holiday. Waveney River Centre staff (especially reception) were so helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Will definitely go back.

Overall very good. Could have dcintainone with a gate at end of ramp to dog which you have on a few cabins

Nice lodge well equiped with good quality furnishings. However the door locks need attention and some usable coat hangers in each room would help. The kettle is dangerous! Tooth mugs in the bathrooms would have been nice. The lodges are sited very close together the approach in the park to the lodge is via a poor gravelled badly potholed road. The swimming pool is good but changing facilities badly maintained. The pool table and the rest of that area was not in use and looked appalling. Cannot comment on the hot tub as we did not use it. The biggest drawback is the actual access to the park which I would not recommend to anyone. The single track distance is to long and Thursday evening your timing has to be good or there is a lot of backing up to be done.

Good resort facilities. Spacious and comfortable accommodation. Hot tub well maintained. Minimal supplies/ equipment in the kitchen. Little privacy from neighbours.

On arrival at the lodge we found it to be turned out beautifully and the hot tub was spectacular and very private. The food at the Waveney Inn was very good with welcoming staff/crew members. Highly recommend this for a visit

Stayed for business again as I have been before and it did not disappoint, a very large bright room in lovely surroundings. Food in the pub next door was great and very good value for money. Will stay again.

Really enjoyable holiday, staff were great - we came into contact with reception, shop, Inn, multi-trades, cleaners, boat hire and everyone we met was friendly. The accommodation was clean and well presented. Overall no hesitation in coming back again in the future.

We had a lovely stay , room was as expected having stayed here before, very clean. Ate in pub both nights excellent food. We were both disappointed with breakfast, don’t remember it being ordered at the bar before. On both occasions our order was wrong ; first morning I had to wait for my food whilst my partner ate , the second morning our drinks were forgotten until our food arrived despite waitresses walking around tables to tidy and then talking to each other. This doesn’t give your establishment the standard it should have.

our party loved the views over the marsh and the beautiful lodge we stayed in. The hot tub was wonderful. We enjoyed seeing the wildlife and other animals on the site and on the marsh and the local area was lovely too.

We had a great time as a family of 10 staying in the spa house, the only comment would be to have a bigger fridge for self catering visitors as accommodation slept 10 but fridge not big enough! Other than that we loved staying here the accommodation was fantastic, the visitor information from reception was great! We took the foot ferry and visited the nature reserve stopping at a lovely little hotel/pub for lunch and a drink! We had dinner in the Waveney inn which was lovely and again service great! We would definitely recommend!

Pretty location. Clean facilities. Tasty food in the Inn albeit a bit pricey. Interesting local church and lots of rural walking options. Pool has limited opening hours and very little other indoor entertainment if weather inclement.

It was ok. I wouldn't come again. Ripped sofas to sit on. 3 of each glasses for a lodge of 6. Pool and shop close early so if you are out for the day and come back you wont have time to use any facilities. The pub food was ok...over priced sides...£5.50 for 5 mushrooms! My daughter went to the park and to climb up the ladder for the slide she ran over to me with hands covered in bird mess from the climbing up...not monitored. The pics looked like there was more to do than there is. The hot tub had bird poo down the front which had to be washed. Its very slippy to get out!! Needs a handle or a textured surface. I'd hoped to do bike rides with kids...its isnt that kind of place at all. Other than a park...its not a kid place. 9am check out, we didnt want to have to rush the kids around so early so we left the night before! £500 for the standards for 2 and a half days plus buying food. I'd go to a hotel next time which would be cheaper and longer check out and facilities times.

Great location, well cared for lodge, nice clean hot tub. Good pub and swimming pool onsite. Swimming pool facilities (reception, side room) looking a little uncared for/messy - could do with a manager to sort out the details. Lodge could do with an inventory checklist - can't help but think ours was missing a lot - no cloths, tea towels, other items etc meant we had to go straight to the supermarket and stock up. Barely enough glasses, cutlery, plates meant we either had to spend all day washing up, or put a half-empty dishwasher on twice a day - not very environmentally conscious! We still really enjoyed our stay, but more attention to detail needed!

Lovely stay , room perfect and very clean. Disappointed with breakfast don’t remember it being like this last time. Had to order at bar so no selection or able to go back for more. We stayed for 2 nights and on both occasions our breakfast order was wrong , waitress was stood talking whilst we didn’t have drinks she walked around tables and didn’t notice.

What a fantastic weekend in one of your lovely yurts to celebrate a 50th birthday. Cosy and snug, this was perfect for us and so relaxing to have everything on site. We hired canoes and had a meal in the Waveney arms. Toilet and shower facilities excellent; especially the underfloor heating. We shall certainly return.

Rooms are large, comfortable and well equipped but it is in the middle of nowhere and The Waveney Inn is more like a Transport Cafe than a pub - very basic . Breakfast was good though
