Ordered chest of drawers mainly because of delivery estimate. On the day I have been told only that there is delay. No indication of how long. 2 days later order status showing back date. Customer service told me that they can deliver 2 weeks later. I told them I will be abroad by then. Got offered another similar product double the price or 10% off the next order. Arranged someone to sit at mine all day ( no specific delivery info) and no delivery or word from Wayfair. Horrible first time order experience with them!

(Today’s Date 6/20/20) I ordered a Trampoline on April 3rd and a week later got an email letting me know that there will be a delay due to the COVID-19 pandemic so it’s pushed back till late May to June... I’m okay with that I get it. On May 3rd I ordered a porch swing with 2 day shipping. A week later I called Wayfair and waited over an hour to reach an representative. I was told it will ship on June 1st. She did give me a discount. On June 15th I get an email saying “Your Cancelation was Successful”....It was for the Trampoline and I never cancelled the order. I read the whole email and it said the item on your order is no longer available. Today I called Wayfair and waited for an hour and forty minutes to talk to a representative. I canceled the swing set and of course the trampoline was already canceled. I was going to order an umbrella and stand from Wayfair but I can’t believe their estimated shipping dates so I order my stuff from Amazon and Lowe’s Online.

I ordered a Step2 swingset on June 1 when it came back on stock. Received email it was shipped on Jun 3 then expected delivery on June8. Until now I haven't got the product. Been calling the customer service for hours but no ones answering. I have been charged already for the product on my credit card and is payable already. This was a gift to my daughter on June 21 but unfortunately haven't received yet the item. When I checked the item on their website the item was out of stock until Aug4. I can't wait till aug4! why they say in stock in June but still no delivery.

I ordered a dining table and chairs on April 23d, 2020 and for 1 month they stated that it was preparing for shipping. After no contact from anyone, I called and they handed me to a "specialist" that would assign a team to find out what was really going on with my order. What a joke! Never heard one word from the "so called team" and I ended up calling again. After demanding they do something, the customer rep talked to a manager who found out that because we moved and gave them a new address to send our order, they immediately marked that it was fraud but no one ever called me to see if we had actually moved and the money did post on my credit card which should have told them something?????? The manager that discovered that it was marked "fraud" suggested that we cancel that order and reorder which would also give me the new sale price on table and chairs. On May 30th we reordered and thought everything was great. Not so. After several weeks, I called and customer rep said the table and chairs was on dock and waiting to be picked up and as soon as they were picked up I would receive an e-mail. 3 days later I called back and was informed that the warehouse had 48 hours before anyone could call and check on an order. Funny that 3 days before my order was sitting on dock and just waiting on pickup. 2 days later I get an e-mail stating that delivery has been delayed. Now the wonderful Wayfair is stating that delivery will be between July 6 and July 9th. If I ever get this table and chairs, I will unsubscribe from their list and I will not ever do business with them. Customer service is unheard of with this company. I guess when you have so many people ordering your goods that they can afford to lost customers. Sad, but true.

Awful, awful customer service. Delivery was due on Monday and still not arrived. No one will help or even knows where there doors are. Suggestion was I pay for 3 new doors and try and get refund from specialist team! Would even give one star

Appalling service you sell the goods and have nothing to do with after sales problems and there are many and there is no contact how can you speak and explain to a message I am a long term customer but no longer Frances oconnell

Terrible service, took ages for my order to be delivered. Once delivered it arrived damaged and broken. The replacement still hasn't arrived and I have been waiting an additional 3 weeks. DO NOT RECOMMEND

The return and refund policy needs to change as they are not able to meets shipping expectations and no live customer service person is available... on the phone on hold for 1.09 hrs and still ended up being hang up on...email response was no help either. Still haven't recieved my order

I ordered a bed frame through Wayfair. They sent me a different brand of a similar looking product, but a brand that costs about $100 less elsewhere. When I attempted to use the return feature on their website, they want to charge me $62 for a shipping label even though they themselves are the ones that sent the inferior item. They run their company using a bait and switch sales model.

I finally recieved my order of a cast iron garden bench after waiting in for two delivery slots that never materialised. The bench was supposed to be from a certain company and come ready assembled but what arrived was from a competely different company and needed building and certainly wasn't cast iron, also the packaging was a disgrace. When I checked the company online, the bench they sent me was £120 cheaper than the one I paid for ! I am still waiting for a reply to my e-mail and the cheeky B*****ds want me to pay to send it back.

Faulty product Delivered 20th May. Said they would collect unit 17th June (today) and deliver new unit on 12th October. When l complained that was too long to wait they said it would be delivered on 16th June. (Yesterday) Obviously it didn’t come and c/service now say it will come on 19th June, Friday. Meanwhile, having disposed of our own cabinet we have stuff all over the floor. As for quality, very cheap Chinese construction with wonky drawers that are difficult to open. Not sure l’ll be buying from them again.

It's understandable when a customer makes a mistake in placing an order, to make them responsible for the disposal/return shipping. However, I ordered a single item, which came in two boxes. The "sectional" part of the sectional sofa was delivered TWICE. The main portion of the sofa was nowhere to be found and I had no way of knowing until it was too late. They are in the process of shipping me the correct piece, which is apparently delayed. So I was left with half of my couch, an extra half that I did not need and they are leaving me to haul/dispose of the excess piece out of pocket. I will never be doing business with Wayfair again. Overstock has exponentially better customer service.

If I could give minus stars I would... All started when we ordered some outdoor furniture: a table set and a chiminea. About three weeks after ordering we checked up online as we hadn't received or heard anything, only to discover that the chiminea had been cancelled without out knowledge. Furthermore, they had said that the table set had been delivered which it hadn't. We rang them and the customer service left much to be desired. They apologised for the inconvenience and assured us that another set had been ordered at no further cost. After waiting yet more weeks, what seemed like the original table set was delivered. We were pleased as it is of a reasonable quality. However, upon building the table, we discovered that the corner had been dinted in so that the legs could not be fitted. Again, we rang the company and received little comfort. They said they had ordered us a new table and that it would be dispatched as soon as possible. This was mid May... it's now mid-June and after checking up the first time, we were told that it had been dispatched from the warehouse (how coincidental...) and it would be with us shortly. A couple of weeks later, we called again only to discover we had been lied to. Currently we have received two emails pushing back the results of a 'thorough investigation' by the warehouse team. Utterly disappointed.

Absolutely shocking, item arrived damaged and I’m glad it did because it looks like it come from the pound shop, paid nearly £60 for a bathroom light and it’s made from cheap silver sprayed plastic, gonna send it back at MY expense, DONT PROFIT THEM

Ist order did not arrive after waiting 2 weeks. Then took a further week to be informed that a replacement would be sent in another 3 weeks. Refund process looks like it is deliberately made to confuse. Pathetic.

Terrible service. Constantly cancelling orders due to no stock available but it sure was available when they take your money. Can’t talk to a even after being on hold for 90mins they just hang up not worth it. Save yourself the stress and hassle home this company goes bankrupt

My wife ordered a table and chairs they were in stock however just before the delivery date they were no longer available Having selected another table and chairs that are due for delivery in a few days time oy to receive another e mail stating discontinued This company is 110% useless
