“Every time I wanted to move on to a new page, the screen dropped saying web page not available. Each time I had to press try again. This only happens with Wayfair. So I can't search for anything.”

“I have just received an e mail from you to say the Christy Annabelle Berry King quilt cover I ordered last week, has been cancelled, saying it is discontinued, and yet you are still advertising it for sale. I have waited nearly a week for it and am very disappointed. I won't be ordering from you again. Sue Barnes”

“Very bad service table and 4chairs total rubbish top of table split sent out replacement parts those were damage got full refund but getting it collected what a joke third time now will never buy again from Wayfair ..”

“The worst bed I have ever seen- it fell apart whilst building it. The delivery driver left the bed at my neighbours when I specifically said not to. Full refund was granted and bed picked up 2 days later”

“Very unhappy with the service. Sean is very liar employer. We spend £25 over the phone and get full refund for 1 month late waiting for bunk bed. Horrible service.”

“Ordered a mattress and bed for my son. Delay on bed but have been kept updated regarding order and spoken to customer services which were truly exceptional. Mattress is top quality and my little one is sleeping through on it just waitung for his big boy bed.”

“I ordered a bathroom mixer tap and a kitchen mixer tap from them. Both showed as in stock. Having placed the order, I received an email the next day to say the bath tap was out of stock and that the manufacturer could no longer supply. The other tap was due for delivery on the 8th Feb. When the tap still hadn't arrived on the 10th I cancelled the order and reordered both from Taps Empire...both (including the supposedly discontinued item) arrived within 2 days. Both were cheaper from Taps Empire. Sorry Wayfair....pretty shabby compared with the competition.”

“Fast delivery, excellent customer service. Product arrived damaged (sink) and a new one was delivered before I had even emailed pictures of the damage. Wayfair are always going to be my first port of call in the future!”
