I bought 3 sets of curtains from wayfair, all affordable and just what I was after that I couldn't find in any other store. Delivery was fast and items perfect

Clare Joyce at the customer service department went above and beyond what I expected regarding a delivery, she managed to expedite the order and delivery, communicated all the way through and had the problem solved within the day and delivered within the week. Superb attitude and amazing support.

Two part order arrived separately but kept informed about expected delivery. Once arrived was damaged. Wayfair promptly ordered a replacement; no questions asked and did not require return of the damaged item meaning less hassle all round. Staff very helpful and friendly throughout

The delivery was suppose to come between 9am and 1:30, it never showed. After several calls I got through and they told me it was lost. Wasted my whole day. Brad

This is the second time I have purchased from Wayfair. The first time I bought a rug. The quality was fantastic and the delivery was super quick. This time again the item arrived quickly and was really nice.

First delivery was damaged,a replacement sent immediately, since then i placed another order, and, it was delivered next day, well packaged, good delivery driver.

Sent me the wrong rug, UPS took weeks to pick up returns and after calls and emails, they got them to come, then they still charged me 2 late fee's, 25 and 35.00 and interest, on returned rugs and refuse to refund. Disgusted.

This is the worst online business I have ever dealt with. First they sent the wrong rug, then the return by UPS pick up took weeks. They had to call UPS for me and get them to come pick them up. I made an online payment just to cover myself until they could straighten out the account, but after multiple calls and emails, they still charged me two late fees- 25.00 and 35.00 plus interest, and want me to pay for it all. I will pay, and cancel this card, and give these reviews every place I possibly can, even my facebook page. Disgusted.

I had a problem with a room heater contacted Wayfair and within minutes they had contacted me back letting me know that my refund would be back in my account within a few days. thank you Wayfair . this is been a totally wonderful experience buying online. I will definitely buy from them again

I ordered a dining room buffet from Wayfair. First, the customer service department was extraordinary. I was contacted by a supervisor from the furniture department, who singularly made me feel comfortable with my purchase. Fast forward to the delivery. The company who delivered the buffet called ahead of time and were right on schedule. They were excellent and wore protective coverings on their shoes. It turned out that the buffet did not meet my needs and of course I was disappointed. I contacted Wayfair customer service and was immediately put at ease. I was able to schedule a pick up from another trucking company, who also arrived on schedule. The weather precluded the removal of the buffet and within three days, a new date was set. As for the refund, I already received an email indicating that it was being processed. This is the kind of service that is rare, especially with furniture that is heavy and not easy to bring up two flights of stairs. A special 'thank you' goes to Marci Arnold, the customer service supervisor.

We ordered a 4 door wardrobe, 2 small 3 drawer side tables, a chest of drawers and dressing table. After initially placing our order, it took over 6 weeks to arrive. On the date of deliver, it did not arrive. No one called to say it wasn't coming, no communication at all. After another 4 weeks, our furniture finally arrived. When it did, 1 of the side tables was badly damaged. After contacting wayfair, a replacement was sent, this was also damaged!! On the 3rd attempt, the item seemed to be ok. All the furniture looked nice and seemed sturdy. We have had this now around 2 years, and it has all fallen apart one way or the other. The wardrobe had 4 drawers at the bottom, 2 are broken! The chest of drawers, drawers are also falling apart, turns out they are only glued together (and not very well). All in all, I am very disappointed with everything and regret making the purchase. Its now going to cost more money to replace everything, when with what we bought, should have lasted. To sum up.....Awful and very very bad quality.

CREDIT CARD FRAUD. Not only have I not received the item I ordered almost two months later, but I found that I had been charged THREE separate times for the same item. Don't order from this site.

Table arrived with no legs! Who sends a table with no legs? 2/6 chairs damaged. Replacement would have taken 1 month or greater. Cancelled the entire order and received a refund promptly. Quite frankly, how do they expect to remain in business with such a low standard? Embarrassing...

1st order with Wayfair ...and the last .I wouldn't recommend. ..I bought a computer desk.parts missing. ..parts which cross thredd. Cheap wood...had to buy more parts...less hassle than sending back.

NICE PRODUCT SENT BUT UNFORTUNATELY HAD TO RETURN IT -- WRONG SIZE. THEN I WAS SHOCKED AT COST CHARGED TO RETURN IT !!! THIS WAS MY FIRST PURCHASE WITH WAYFAIR. IF CONSIDERING DEALING WITH THEM CHECK DETAILS VERY CAREFULLY, SO YOU WILL NOT SUFFER LOSS LIKE ME. WAYFAIR -- YOU NEED TO REVEIW YOUR CARRIER COSTS.

The ordering of items was very easy and simple to do online. The payment was quick and you were given an estimate on the delivery date. The delivery was fast and the items was well packaged.

My large rug did not arrive as advised but the tracking stated it was delivered. Wayfair eventually were able to tell me it had been delivered to a different address (wrong number, wrong road, wrong post code!) Luckily the person it was delivered to was good enough to come and find us(the correct address was on the parcel) and my husband and son had to go and collect it! Not the service I expected!
