Fist time order, and was stated 2 day delivery and just go confirmation it won't be here for another 2-3 days. Seems like this is a common occurrence.

I have never before had to deal with such a shoddy company as Wayfair. Ordered two recliner chairs on 22nd September and money was charged immediately to my credit card a total of over £400.00. Here we are November 1st having received one chair on Wednesday 29th October waiting for the chair to be returned. was of very poor quality and looked as though the pieces had been thrown in the box. The second chair has been cancelled or so they tell me but if I receive it to tell delivery to take it back as no longer want. Where is my refund got to wait 3 - 5 days before I see it on the credit card. They have even taken back the £42.00 compensation payment they gave me for all the hassle caused, supposedly due to moving warehouses. Would not deal with Wayfair again shoddy items, nobody seems to know what goes on as received several emails all advising different things. My advise don't buy anything from this company.

Ordered a couch and was informed of the delivery date. They failed to deliver on this date. Numerous calls to customer support with promises of call backs that never came. In the end cancelled the order and now they have agreed to refund less a £50 return fee. They state this is the fee they are charging to return the item purchased from the courier company back themselves. So they are charging me a delivery return fee for an item I never received. Worst online shopping experience ever. Wayfair is one to be avoided.

Possibly the worst experience i have ever received from any online company, 4 failed nondeliveries, promised call backs that never happen. groveling empty apologies that never get acted upon. do yourself a favour and never buy a thing from this company. They are a joke

I ordered a dining room table from Wayfair, having searched for ages to find one that I like. I got very excited 2 weeks later, when I received an email saying it was ready for delivery, and inviting me to choose my delivery date. However, I was absolutely shocked to find that Wayfair do not deliver on weekends. I rang them to discuss this, as the majority of people work Monday - Friday, and so need weekend deliveries, and the guy I spoke to was absolutely unhelpful, just saying it's their policy not to deliver on weekends, but he didn't know why. I've now had to take a days unpaid leave just to wait in for a table. I'm fuming. I was going to order my TV stand and coffee table from Wayfair, but by not offering weekend delivery, that's been made impossible.

Very disappointment with this company and how things are handles: I could not get an item I paid for to be delivered in 3 separate dates nor can I get my refund for over one month now. What do you what me to do? It's clear they don't care about your customers item and their money. AVOID AVOID AVOID - don't go through what I have gone through just for an item to be delivered or money refunded.

If I could give it a minus I would. Placed an order for an oven and waited two weeks for delivery, to find out it was actually out of stock and it wasn't shipped in the first place. Called three times regarding delivery and was given two different excuses and the third person finally told the truth and said it hadn't actually been shipped. Tried to cancel on the second call and was told that they had actually shipped one oven out and to look out for it as the tracking wasn't scanned (which was lies) and couldn't process the cancellation. The third person managed to cancel it straight away! Don't think I'll order from here again. Too much back and forwarding and not getting a simple answer.

I wouldn’t even give wayfair one star but there was no option for no stars - I have stayed in for over three days now from 8a.m. to 8 p.m. and the courier arranged by wayfair has not called to collect my return. No explanation has been given and when I complained they’ve just changed courier and expect me to go through the whole process again - they are quick to take your money and give a time slot and specific day for deliveries but they don’t for returns so you’re stuck - I’ve emailed the ceo detailing everything and explained about my age and I’ll health but this has made no difference - I don’t know what else to do? Can I demand my money back?

Bought a dining set that was originally priced at $981.00 and on sale for 47% off. They charged my CC and then sent me a cancellation email. When i called they said that there was a pricing error on the website and could not sell me the set at that price. Read online that this seems to happen a lot with Wayfair. "Wayfair you have nothing that i need!!" Anymore....

This company is terrible! I ordered curtains. After they accepted my payment, I was told I would have to wait 4 weeks for the item. Then, 4 days before its arrival date, they cancelled the order due to unexpected complications! Do not waste your time at Wayfair!

This is my recent Facebook post: "The Wayfair Saga continues......so Monday I called them again and was informed that the shipper "lost" my vanity. I could have told them that a month ago.....anyway, they offered me a discount and to send me out another one. I told them that one was no longer on their site but they assured me they had several at the warehouse. It could be shipped out the mid of Nov (why not now?) and I would get it around Nov 26th. (for those of you that haven't been following this saga, I ordered this vanity August 15). I reluctantly agreed. Tuesday email - expected delivery Dec.2. Today I get an email stating that the vanity was discontinued (DIDN'T I TELL THEM THAT?!!). and they are canceling my order and issuing a refund. So I guess I'm up s#$t creek without a paddle. They didn't even offer to substitute a similar vanity. Nope...2 1/2 month of this bulls$%t and nothing to show for it. Buyer beware. This is why I'm posting this, to warn you that Wayfair has just what you need...but you can't have it."

We ordered a computer desk;we were delivered a bunk bed. Collected 24 hours later (Thurs) and were told the correct item would be delivered the following Tues. Unexpectedly and unannounced the delivery van called on Friday when we were out. To compound matters they left a card with a telephone number that doesn't exist! We were sent a copy of a tracker which indicated our item would arrive Monday. No show. Then Tuesday. No show. We have no idea if the product is any good because the delivery service is absolutely dreadful. What we do know is two days waiting in wasted and won't use Wayfair again.

Don't buy from this company. Returns are incredibly difficult and customer service would be better if it was non existent than the hoops they make you jump through. I get much better service from eBay Chinese sellers. If this is a sample of how American companies work, then I'm going to keep buying stuff from China. Much less painful!

DO NOT buy anything from #wayfair. They don’t deliver when they say they will. They don’t call you back when they say they will. They don’t resolve issues. They do ‘understand my frustrations’ and will offer 10% off your next order (one you’ll never make due to their horrendous customer service and lack of communication) I sent my order back. Don’t waste your time with them. It’s really not worth it.

JUST DON'T buy from wayfair. i made a really annoying and terrible experience with wayfair and would NOT recommend to use this company. i ordered a book shelf and a small desk and both deliveries went completely wrong - one was late for days and i was never updated or informed properly. when it finally arrived, the screws i needed to build were missing in the parcel. i ordered the item over two weeks ago and i haven't gotten any screws to build up the shelf yet! i keep getting e-mails, telling me that the delivery is getting postponed from week to week. with the other delivery - it took up to one week to find out where the package was delivered to. i was told several times that the parcel would be in a local parcel shop, i went there three times, even the shop keeper tried to help me and find out about the missing parcel. i called / e-mailed / messaged on facebook etc the delivery company many times to find out where it was. i finally found out that the parcel was shipped to my neighbours house and i didn't know anything about that. as i have had troubles with both deliveries, the only thing that the customer service of wayfair said to me, was that they would send me a 10% discount for the next purchase. I never got that e-mail!! Despite of that it only brought problems and stress with it, and loosing time and money. calling them, ordering their products, asking for any help or service just resulted in loosing even more time and being disappointed and let down. i am still waiting for the shelf-screws, i never got the 10% discount email which apparently was already sent a couple of times etc... everything very stressful and disappointing!

Absolutely disgusting company to deal with. They took my order which should have been delivered within the agreed timescale however three weeks later and still no order delivered. When I asked them what the problem was they said it was a manufacturer issue and they had missed my item off of a shipment. I asked for a refund and they said I couldn't get one and I would have to wait till my item was delivered so I could return it to them through their return process. 5 weeks later and I still have no item and no money refunded. Customer service is like dealing with the dead, their email responses are horrendous and repeated I am wonder if it is a automated service. In short I would not recommend using Wayfair to my worst enemy!

Ordered my little girl a Princess bed for her birthday, I showed her the picture and she was so excited about it! Once it got delivered I gave away her bed to a friend who was in need of one for their child. Once I had gotten around to opening the box to start building it the head board and footboard were all split and a chunk of wood took out of it! Couldn’t let her sleep in it in case she hurt herself on it! My child now has no bed to sleep in until a replacement comes in four days time! Spoke to customer service and I’m not even getting anything knocked off the price for my inconvenience but I get to keep the broken parts? To apparently donate if I want to... why would I donate a broken toddler bed for another child to hurt themselves on it? Why would a company want to keep an unhappy customer? Only thing to gain out of that is no repeat business! I would have ordered another toddler bed for my 1 year old in a few months time but I’d rather look else where after this service!
