“Unfortunately, we were let down on the day we arrived. They had not informed us they could not pick us up from the airport, until after we arrived! They did reimburse us for our full costs and offered a free return journey to the airport at the end of our holiday. The return journey was excellent, driver was very friendly and knowledgeable. I would use Welcome Pickups again.”

“The driver that met us on our arrival in Budapest, Gyorgy, greeted us with a welcome pack which was a nice touch. He was very pleasant and helpful and gave use a lot of useful information on the way to our hotel. On our departure we had a different driver who again was pleasant and helpful. I was very impressed with the way Welcome Pickups kept me updated with regular texts and emails, especially as on our arrival we were delayed by an hour and Gyorgy rang to let me know he was waiting outside. I would recommend Welcome Pickups very highly and will use them again whenever possible.”

“Welcome pickups is great. We had the most painless experience transferring from the airport to the city center and from Rafina to the city center as well as pickup from our hotel to the Athens international airport. Drivers were very professional and very prompt. The text messages from Welcome pickups to alert us about the arrival of the driver are very useful. The fare was fully set and paid in advance, so there were no surprises. A cold bottle of water waiting for us after a warm day at the port /airport is a very nice gesture.”
