“While the drivers do a great job at pick up and drop off, Welcome Pick Up services administration is the poorest and worst in the world. They cannot even issue an invoice and send it to your e-mail, and when you ask them more than 5 times in a row for them to send you an invoice, they ask you write a review on Trip Advisor, so here is one... READ YOUR E-MAIL AND GIVE ME MY INVOICE, PLEASE.”

“Booking was quick online. Received text and email confirmations. Driver was at the airport whilst collecting my luggsge (landed at 230am) so was on way to Athen city centre hotel as quickly and efficiently as possible. Good service all round. Thanks”

“This is a wonderful service that allowed us to book transportation from the airport directly to the hotel and pay in advance by credit card. Ditto for the return to the airport. The drivers are courteous, very polite, and great to talk to. We will definitely use Welcome Pickups again.”

“We received a text on landing at Heraklio that The Driver was waiting for us and outside arrivals hall he was easy to find and the minibus was clean , comfortable and plenty of space for all the family , friendly driver for the 2 hour trip”

“We have only recently booked transfers from and to the airport online and before departure. At firs I was skeptical that this would work well. However, Welcome Pickups kept us fully informed, first with an email confirmation, then, 4 days before the transfer another confirmation and a picture of the person doing the transfer, and then again one day before; so, we were never in doubt that the transfer would happen as scheduled. ALSO, it was less expensive than booking a taxi through our hotel.”
