“Welcome Pickups were very reliable. The drivers were on time, spoke good English, and were very friendly. I used them four times in Vienna & Prague for airport transfers. The website was very easy to use, I received a confirmation email with the transfer details including the driver’s name, a reminder email, and a text when the driver arrived at the airport or hotel. At the airport they held signs with my name on it outside of baggage claim which made It very easy to locate my driver. The prices were very reasonable compared to a taxi too, with zero hassle! I will always use this service while in Europe & would highly recommend it to others!”

“Welcome pickups made our travel stress free. The reminder emails with the picture and phone number of your driver along with the text when your driver actually arrives is a great system. All the drivers we had were friendly and helpful. I would recommend to anyone traveling”

“Our pick up in Paris was perfect. No hassle after a long flight is so relaxing. I would definitely do it again. Our driver was wonderful and gis car was clean and inviting. We even got treated with some water. Again Perfect!”

“Welcome Pickups took us from the Athens airport to our hotel, and back a few days later. The drivers were on time, the vehicles had plenty of room for 6 of us and our bags, and each gave us a bit of windshield tour of the Athens area. The suggested pick-up time for our return to the airport was just right. Excellent service.”
