“After a 15 hour flight and and hour through immigration I was so thrilled to see our driver waiting for us in the airport pickup area. Nikos was courteous and attentive. Our car was spotless and he had water and a welcome bag. Exactly what we needed. Thank you for the updates and confirmations in the weeks prior to the trip.”

“Cheerful, professional and efficient service. Special mention to Demetrios in Athens, and Luciano and Christian in Rome and the may 22 driver I have lost details of. He went out of his way to help fix a phone problem. The little things that count. Well done.”

“Our driver was introduced to us by email prior to arrival. Our inbound flight changed due to a missed connection and they were able to change the pickup to our later arrival. Giannis was on time with a plaque waiting for us outside customs. Helped us with our luggage. Explained some details about our trip into the city. All around a great and safe way to arrive into Athens. 5 stars to Giannis and everyone else involved.”

“My husband and I had a great experience with Welcome Pickups. We booked them from Chile, South America, with a couple of weeks in advance for two rides in Spain. The first one was on May, 14 to pickup us at Barcelona’s airport to take us to our hotel. The driver assigned was waiting for us and he was very polite, he helped us with the luggage and drove very well. Yesterday, was our second time to use this excellent service. The driver assigned picked up us at our hotel in Madrid and took us to the airport. He also was very polite, bilingual and helped us with our luggage. Welcome Pickups is a trusty company. I recommend it.”

“Online booking was easy and user friendly. A few days before the pickup, i got the informative email with the photograph of the assigned driver and his handphone number. Any of my queries were promptly answered. The driver spoke good english and was very punctual. He made my family and I feel welcomed and was very helpful with our luggages. I'm extremely happy with the 4 pickups that I booked in athens and would highly recommend this service to my friends.”

“Perfect organization already before the travel started. We were informed about the name of our driver, his mobile number and photo, what gave us a good and safe feeling. Professional welcome at the airport (the only driver with a tablet instead of a handwritten cardboard). The driver helped us with our luggages. Safe and comfortable drive in a noble limousine. I can recommend the service of Welcome Pickups.”
