“Welcome Pickups made our transfer from the Athens airport to our downtown Hotel easy and relaxing. The driver was there waiting with our name on a tag. And when it was time to leave Athens they were exactly when they said and got us to the airport in plenty of time. We would highly recommend them to everyone...”

“Used for our first transfer in Athens and have booked it twice more since then including in Rome. Drivers are punctual, cars are nice, highly recommend for hassle free transfers.”

“DO NOT TRUST THIS SERVICE. I booked Welcome Pickups yesterday morning from Rome airport to the city for midnight last night. As it was fairly last minute, I contacted them TWICE beforehand to make sure that it would go smoothly and there would be someone waiting for me at the airport when I arrive as the trains no longer go that time of night. An hour into my flight an e-mail was sent to inform me that no driver was available (of course only saw this when I arrived in Rome) and that I would be getting a refund. That is unaccapteable, especially as there was not once a warning that there is a chance that no one might show. What should have be an exciting moment, arriving in a new city to explore, was turned into an extremely stressful situation as I had to find last minute transport at the airport. No respect for customers. NOT RECOMMENDED.”

“From the online booking, the driver Nikos with the signboard at arrivals at Chania Airport to arriving at our hotel everything was seamless and easy. Our driver Nikos was the best - helpful, friendly and a good guide and and driver. Overall, an excellent service.”

“Welcome Pickups was easy and fast from start to finish. Easy booking online with one of the best booking pages I’ve used. The driver, Ithisis, was super friendly and was like a tour guide driving into Athens. Waiting for us as we picked up our bags he help us all the way to the car. Great experience and I’m using them again!!!”

“Really quick, easy and convenient. Assigned driver was changed but it was communicated beforehand and the new driver was waiting in the arrival lounge with a placard. All around nice experience. Will definitely recommend.”

“This is an amazing service at a very reasonable price. We didn't know Madrid Airport so it was great to see Jaun waiting for us. He told us a lot about places to go in Madrid during the ride to our hotel and gave us their welcome pack of bag and maps. On one map he had marked particular things he thought we would be interested in. We changed the pick up time for the transfer back to the airport with no trouble at all and were picked up on time by Fernando who got us through the rush hour traffic and dropped us off well on time. Both drivers spoke very good English and were very friendly and professional. I would recommend Welcome Pickups to anyone and wish the company all the best for their future business.”

“We are 6 travelling together and often require a shuttle to and from airports or ports . We have been using Welcome Pickups for some years and have never been let down . Ordering via the net , they are always on time , dependable and have great friendly drivers . For us it is important that we have a driver waiting to take us to our accommodation when we get off a long flight - Welcome Pickups are our 1st choice and easy to do !”
