“I am only giving this place one star because there is no zero star option. Did not show up to my pick up and I missed my flight because of it, and as compensation they offered a 9euro voucher which I will never use because I will never use this company again!!!!”

“Our driver Cristian was outstanding! Since we have not been to Barcelona before, It was wonderful having someone meet us at the airport with a sign with our name on it, and so glad it was Cristian! Very friendly, but professional. Gave us a good overview of Barcelona, including some history that was quite interesting. We highly recommend Welcome Pickups and Cristian.”

“My driver was the second delivering line as you came out of the gate. I couldn't have missed my name! Plus he parked with yards. Car was very nice with water. When they came to takes us back to the airport the driver was early. Again easy and comfortable”

“Easy to arrange, quick to respond to any questions. Polite, pleasant, friendly drivers. Good standard of taxi. Price confirmed before you go so you know what you are spending, usually a few euros more but we'll worth it. Met at airport by the driver who I already knew as I had been sent his name and picture. Fresh water for all of us. Will definitely use again.”

“Welcome pickups have been excellent throughout. We recently had two trips from the Airport to Piraeus and then from a different address in Athens back to the airport. The drivers were very courteous and efficient. We had a late arrival into Athens which was handled without a hitch by Welcome changing the designated driver at the last minute. Also in our booking the return visit to Athens airport we had connectivity problems in our unreliable internet connection. Welcome again handled this well by their understanding of the situation and promptly dealing with the booking. Well done Welcome”
