“We used welcome pickups to take us from the airport in Madrid to our hotel. We were met with a friendly face in a country where we did not know the language. Our second driver Joshua was so much fun, he was full of knowlege that we learned more from him than out booked tour. I highly recommend Welcome Pickups.”

“we discovered this website accidentally. We arranged two airport pickups (Rome and Barcelona) and one airport return. All were superb . In Rome it took 1 hour for our luggage to arrive and the driver patiently and cheerfully waited. Will certainly use this service again.”

“Booking the taxi was easy. I was reassured when I was able to contact the driver by WhatsApp message to arrange an exact point to meet. Paying in advance was helpful. The driver was prompt, friendly & very knowledgeable about the 2 Lisbon football teams as well as the English Premier League!”

“I used the service from the airport to the hotel and back again. I had the same driver on both occasions who was prompt, courteous and in tune to when I wanted to chat and didn’t. I enjoyed conversing with him; he is cheerful and we enjoyed a good laugh. I would absolutely use this service again. Thank you.”
