“We recently used Welcome Pickups for both an airport transfer to our hotel then a second transfer the next day to the port in Barcelona to pick up our cruise. Both times the drivers were where they were supposed to be and on time (if not slightly early). Everything ran smoothly so zero stress. Good level of English by both too so there were no communication issues. I would like to highlight that Welcome use local taxi companies to provide their service. If you need to communicate with the driver in advance, you are emailed their name and phone number as well as a WhatsApp link. If you have 3 passengers or more request a big taxi.”

“Great service. Driver was waiting for us with our name. Helped with bags & opened car doors for us. Why oh why would you wait in a taxi rank queue when you can get great door to door service for the same price. Also updated with emails from booking to pick up. Great!!”

“It was my first time to use welcome pickups, but I tried it because I was fooled by a normal taxi from the train station in Budapest. I was impressed with the service of welcomepickups, from the booking to the pick up, I was updated & the car arrived punctually. I will definitely use it again 👍”

“We used Welcome Pickups 4 times while in Athens and Santorini. Each driver was on time, courteous and helpful. I received emails confirming times with the name and a photo of the driver. Customer service was very good by phone when making changes. And the price was better than the competition! I will definitely use welcome pickups again.”

“I got to Moscow and there was no one there. I had no internet but tried to telephone - no such number. I waited for 1 1/2 hours as did another family who had also booked this company before getting a taxi. I picked up an e-mail on arrival at the hotel saying they didn't have a driver - this was sent after I was already on the flight to Moscow. Not good arriving in a strange city. The taxi was cheaper as well!”

“Habe für 8 Personen einen Transfer vom Airport Santorin zum Hotel und retour gebucht. Super Organisation, toller Bus, überpünktlich und extrem freundliche Fahrer. Kann ich absolut empfehlen. Auch der Preis ist perfekt.”
