“Great driver, he was easy to identify after been given a photo of him, his direct telephone number, our driver was very courteous, polite and informative, making our transfers to and from the airport with an elderly mother very easy”

“Great service to use if you are traveling. I’ve been using them in different places now and it is super convenient while the rates are comparable to a regular taxi service.”

“Quick and easy way to ensure a ride is ready when you land. Get the classic guy holding a sign with your name when you disembark. Easier than waiting for a hotel to set up a service for you and potentially cheaper. It was for me.”

“We were very happy with the service, but one thing that was not clear, was that Rui would be waiting outside the terminal due to the volume of traffic. If that was explained, we would have phoned (via whatsapp - very good way to communicate) as soon as we came through the arrivals. Thank you.”

“We had booked a Welcome Pickups connection for our arrival into Berlin. There were 8 adults in our group and we had heaps of luggage. Our group also arrived on 2 different flights at a slightly different arrival time. Our original booking was for a large van/ bus but that could have been changed to 3 vehicles. I was the booking person and I received informative emails from Welcome Pickups prior to our flight keeping us informed and telling us that our transfer would now be in a van and a car. When we arrived we found the 2 drivers waiting for us and they had secured parking spots right outside the terminal. They were both very helpful handling and packing all our luggage. Both drivers were very friendly and spoke good English. Most of our group had not been to Berlin previously and both drivers were keen to point out lots of important buildings and monuments and a bit of history. This was most informative and much appreciated. We were very happy with our Welcome Pickups connection in Berlin and have given it 5- Stars. Will be using them again for sure.”

“Welcome Pickups were amazing. I was collected from the airport on time and on the way to the hotel the driver gave me a running commentary on all the places to see and the best restaurants to eat at. He also pointed out places of interest. On the return journey the driver, again arrived in good time and was very pleasant and friendly. I would definitely recommend this company”
