“Great service. Great communication. Provides photo & phone of driver. Explicit directions on location of pickup. Only complaint would be that allowing only 1 hour from plane landing is not enough time in Amsterdam. Plane took 15min to taxi, 10min to deplane, passport line, mile walk to baggage. We barely made it.”

“I had a great experience with Welcome Pickups. My driver, Steve, was waiting for me at 4:50 a.m. to transport me to Manises Airport in Valencia. We had a nice chat along the way. I plan on using Welcome pickups for future trips to the airport.”

“First time using Welcome Pickups. Our driver Tamim was very punctual, in fact he was early. He loaded our suitcases into the vehicle for us. He was smartly dressed, very pleasant and polite. The drive was smooth and comfortable. A very good Five Star service. Thank you.”

“My wife and daughter arrived tonight in Budapest and no driver was there, 10 calls to him and no answer, utterly discusted with your service. You say you have 24/7 contact, where’s the number??? Let’s see if you can manage to show for the return to the airport ! DO NOT BOOK THROUGH THIS USELESS COMPANY!”
