“Welcome pickups is the best service guarantee. A confirmation of the booking is also reached out to you prior to the day of your pick up. The drivers are friendly and good service with bags. The price is great value!! Always on time. Used them in France, Spain and Italy, will definitely use them again. Thank you!!”

“This is the best way to get from airport to hotel in a city you do not know. Took it in Rome and in Madrid: perfect reception, very clean cars, excellent drivers and for very little cost over a regular taxi that could take you sightseeing without you even knowing it! In addition their SIM card (18€) saves you tons compared to what I would pay for my Canadian provider: Roam as at Home for 12$ plus tax a day! And if you ask questions by email you get the answer in 5 minutes. I just love it!”

“This company is by far the best service I have found for transfers. My son was picked up from his hotel promptly and by a friendly driver. As an anxious mother I was relieved to have such a professional and ‘easy’ transaction. The website is easy and clean to navigate. And the customer service throughout (and after) is 5 stars.”

“I have used different online services for international airport pick ups, this is by far the most affordable and the most efficient. The communication via text and email to ensure we met up and that everything worked out as planned was impeccable. I will use this service again. If you are the type of traveler that does not want to figure out the metro of a city you haven't been to after 15 hours travel, and you are looking for a reasonable price, this is your ticket.”

“This is truly a superb service and l cannot rate it enough. It is the same price as a taxi, only a few euros more than the train but so much more convenient. We were a group of 4 with 2 kids and bags so having the driver meet us in arrivals to help us to his car and drop outside the hotel entrance was such a help. Great thing is, you even get a text message on your phone to let you know the driver is waiting. No hesitation will book again.”
