“Pick up was not as described, driver was not in arrivals, there was guy wit a list of names there but our driver was outside on other side of the road, when asked he did come to arrivals.”

“Trued Welcome Pickups 1st time. Was picked from the airport to the hotel and again from the hotel to the airport. Both drivers were very professional and polite. Great service, you'll receive info about drivers, they will wait for at the exact agreed time. Was amazing and very helpful if you don't want to waste your time. 5* definitely”
