“We were on a short trip to Prague. Absolutely fantastic service. Were very helpful and attentive. Most of all communication was superb. The drivers were amazing and very nice welcoming ando friendly. Will 100% go with Welcome Pickups again.”

“I travelled with my family to Paris for a few days break. I normally catch the train to Paris, but one day before our flight I released our flight landed later than the last train out of CDG. I needed transport and welcome pickups saved the day and at short notice. With regular emails back and forth describing our drivers name with picture and phone numbers, plus sorting out a baby seat. They arrived promptly (even though we had a slight delay arriving) the journey was comfortable and safe. On the return leg the driver arrived bang on time and everything went smoothly. The price was also very competitive. I would defiantly recommend.”

“I would recommend this company to anyone. I have used them twice now on city breaks and have found them to be very well organised and prompt. They even send a photo of your designated driver before you travel. They are also very reasonably priced for the service they provide, as I found the drivers on both occasions to be informative and friendly.”

“My flight arrived early but the driver was there to meet me at the arrival hall. Similarly prompt to pick me up at the hotel on the return to the airport. Drivers were courteous and professional. Cars were very nice. Same price as a taxi and more convenient. I was very satisfied.”

“Since May 2017 I've used Welcome Pickups 6 times in 3 different cities/countries: Athens, Greece; Berlin, Germany and Budapest, Hungary. I'm glad they are growing. Each time the booking process has been easy through their website and a good price. Each time we've had prompt drivers who arrive early to meet us. Each time those drivers have been professionals and helpful. Typically they are interesting to talk to as well and knowledgeable of the routes or our needs. I will keep recommending Welcome Pickups to anyone who needs it and I will be booking them anytime I'm able to use them.”

“Did you really read my comments about the unreliable service that you provided????? R u willing to post THAT for potential clients.? I highly doubt it. I would love to see it posted. The 5 star was for the DRIVER NOT for your services!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I repeat for the driver NOT for your service!!! Wake up....be a reliable and responsible service to clients who put their trust in YOU!!!! I did and was I ever let down, big time!!!!!!!! I am never putting myself in YOUR hands ever again!!! IT was NEITHER a good way to start my holiday NOR a good way to end it. Thanks a lot for the huge disappointment from beginning to end. Oh yes. I have learned my lesson. I think my next letter will be to VIATOR. You do not deserve to be trusted. Besides it was cheaper to use a taxi (39 euros from hotel to Orly airport whereas you were charging 55euros.) Figure that one out) than your unreliable company. Most totally unsatisfied Most unacceptable...I just saw that clients are referred to as delivery/item.No wonder you have such a hard time with real time people. C S”
