“The communications with the company were easy with prompt replies. The systems works. Our driver Tony was on time, actually 15 minutes early. Unfortunately he had to wait for us, because our elevator broke and we had to bring a heavy suitcases downstairs. Ride was smooth, pleasant. We would use the company again.”

“we were picked up at the airport of Barcelona by a very nice driver who showed us, while passing, the lovely sights of the town, his English being very good. On the way back from the hotel we had also a very good, friendly driver who also loved his town and was very proud of it. He sent us messages at which hour he would arrive, etc.”

“A professional service - we were emailed in advance with a photo of our driver 'Lucky'. And given his contact details. We were informed that he was waiting for us in arrivals - v smooth service and Lucky was friendly and informative. I would recommend using the service.”

“Brilliant service, on arrival the driver found us at the arrivals and on leaving Barcelona our pickup arrived on the dot, and it was a smooth drive to the airport, very competent drivers. I will definitely use the service again.”

“Every Driver so far has been super nice and friendly. And most of all, they drove carefully, safe, and friendly. Quite the opposite to the usual aggressive and hasty driving of "normal" Taxis. So I liked it very much. I am going to use your service everywhere when flying where it's available.”

“I can't speak more highly of the service. The setup was easy, there was plenty of communication to confirm details, and the drivers were on time and courteous. The airport pickup and dropoff, particularly in another country (and with a family) was managed perfectly by the Welcome team.”

“An excellent service using modern communications to confirm and give assurance that your named and identified driver (by photo) is waiting. Just turn your mobile on when you land and you will be texted. Very impressive and efficient. Other services which I didn’t use such as delivering local SIM cards are available.”
