“Transfers from and to the airport were very good. It helped to have the same driver for both trips. He was punctual, professional and friendly. The ride was smooth and comfortable: we felt safe and confident in the driver's skills. It was also good that we could have a conversation in English. Thank you.”

“The driver arrived at our accommodation on time and helped us with our bags. He was friendly and spoke good English so communication was not a problem. We found the process of booking through Welcome Pickups so much easier than trying to find a taxi and the cost is the same. Wherever we travel in future, if Welcome Pickups service is available we will definitely use again. The whole process was professional and efficient. Well done Welcome Pickups, you offer a great service!”

“An easy no fuss alternative to getting a taxi from the airport (for the same price). Our driver was there to meet us on time and he was friendly, chatty and had a good sense of humour. His English was good and we had no trouble communicating. He was happy to answer any questions we had and also pointed out places of interest as we drove into Madrid. A change in our flight schedule was dealt with quickly and efficiently by Welcome management and the whole process from first contact to drop off at our accommodation went smoothly. Highly recommend.”
