“They’re very helpful to have when you haven’t been to a destination before and aren’t sure where to go once you arrive. And if you have a large party of 5 like we do and it would cost 20 euro per train ticket into town anyway, one van is actually cost effective. Plus they have water bottles and maps.”

“I would highly recommend Welcome Pickups. Our driver was waiting in the arrivals hall and had been there for quite some time, due to the lengthy period it took getting through passport control. He wheeled our bags to the car and was extremely courteous and helpful the entire trip, even waited outside the ferry office while we collected our tickets.”

“We have used Welcome twice this year and the service has been great. On both occasions the driver was waiting for us as we exited customs, they were knowledgeable about the city we were visiting and the cars were clean. We will be using them for all our international travel. Highly recommended.”

“The most efficient and well communicated companies. I like how they provide details of the drivers with photos and contact details. The drivers are very patience and are good at customer service. A smile goes a long way. The drive itself was pleasant and didn't feel rushed at all.”

“We needed a cab to the airport, but had concerns about a language barrier, so we opted for an online reservation. Welcome Pickups was very easy to arrange. There was a problem with the pick-up time, but they have excellent customer service and the issues was resolved within minutes. Our driver was very professional and the car was much more comfortable than a cab.”
