“We used Welcome Pickups on our recent trip to Barcelona. Having booked everything from the US online we weren’t entirely sure what to expect. Everything was just as the website claimed. Friendly, courteous drivers, clean comfortable vehicles, and prompt service. We were very pleased! Welcome Pickups gets a definite recommendation from us.”

“The transfer from hotel to airport was excellent. The driver was as notified on time ,and text to say he was waiting outside. Spoke English to us . Good job. The trip from the airport to hotel not as expected. The driver did the transfer efficiently, but he wasn't the driver you notified and he didn't speak any English, so not quite the extra service you advertise.”

“We used Welcome Pickups on four occasions during our stay in Greece to and from the airport and to and from Piraeus harbour. We found their charges reasonable, their service very efficient and very easy to use. We had advance notification of who our driver (with photo) would be and when he would arrive. It all worked very well. All the drivers were friendly, smart and their taxis were clean and well looked after. We have no hesitation recommending Welcome Pickup”

“I had to schedule a last-minute transfer to the airport from my Athens hotel and Welcome Pickups was quick to respond with a quote and booking the reservation was quick and easy. The driver they sent was very personable, the car was in excellent condition and we arrived at the airport with plenty of time to spare. I appreciate the quality service and would use them again.”

“I used Weldome Pickups for the first time on this trip; have so far used it twice, and will arrange 2 more transfers before the end of my trip. Priced the same as a cab without having to think about going outside and hailing a cab. The driver is always waiting for you...communications are great...and the whole experience is efficient.”

“Consistently reliable, on time and pleasant. Really makes a difference when you are in a place with weird addresses or twisty pedestrian - only alleys. Drivers actually walked us to our place to make sure we were not lost and that the host was there.”
