“This is the first time I used the Welcome Pickups. I arrived in Amsterdam and I am glad I had prearranged this service. Not knowing the area at all, it was good to have someone there to take us to the hotel. It is probably cheaper than the Taxi. The driver, Harry, was very nice and answered all the questions I have during the ride. Overall, I will use Welcome Pickups again when I travel to Europe.”

“We used Welcome pickups both on our arrival at Athens airport and to take us from our hotel to the Paraeus ferry terminal on our departure. What a great service! Our drivers, Aris and Panagiotis, we’re both outstanding - very prompt, very personable, and very knowledgeable. Really first-class service. We would readily use Welcome again.”

“The driver in Athens, Christos Takos, met us at arrival and gave us tons of valuable info including recommendations for sites to visit or avoid. Perfect English. We were so impressed that booked return trip with him, specifically.”

“I had a wonderful experience with Welcome Pickups. The drivers were on time and they talked about the parts of the city we were driving through on our way from the airport to the hotel and again from the hotel to the airport. When I had to change the hotel for pickup, they answered my email within hours. Great company!”

“A very big help - last time I was in Athens, I had a bad experience with an airport taxi driver - unfortunately some of them are not very honest. With Welcome Pickups, you pay the exact same official rate you would with an honest taxi driver, get met personally with your name on a sign, the driver is friendly, polite, helpful, and you don’t have to worry about getting ripped off. I will use this service every time I come to Athens - thank you!”

“Never used this service before but can’t fault it. So easy to book online, and our pickup was ready on time, despite a delay. It’s great to be able to WhatsApp the driver with delay issues etc. The drivers both ways for our trip were fantastic! So friendly and knowledgable, even gave us free water and maps of the city - explained all the best bits. Such a pleasant and easy trip”
