“The service was very professional - on time, courteous and helpful. The car was clean and comfortable and the driver was friendly and accommodating. I would definitely use again.”

“The driver was on time, courteous and presented himself very well. His vehicle was clean and comfortable and his driving was safe and he provided a comfortable ride. No more can be asked of from a driver providing transport.and I would recommend him, and assuming that he is representative of the service Welcome Pickups provide, to anyone.”

“This was the first time we had used Welcome Pickups and we were delighted with the professional and attentive service both on our journey from Vienna Airport and the return. “Le service est un peu cher MAIS efficace (les 2 chauffeurs étaient à l'heure et aimables) Par contre pas moyen d'effectuer 1 changement après paiement. J'ai du téléphoner pour 1 changement d'horaire....Numéro francais (00 33) mais personne ne parle français.....donc il vaut mieux savoir parler anglais”

“José Luis informed me when he got for the terminal. He had my name on a tablet. Once I introduced myself he grab our luggage cart and took us to his car. He loaded and unload the luggage and thank us for using his services.”

“Lo recomendaría a cualquiera que viaje a Roma. Misma tarifa que los taxis, con la diferencia de que vienen a recogerte a la puerta, te llevan la maleta, te amenizan el viaje con explicaciones y por supuesto el vehículo es de una calidad excelente.”
