“First time using Welcome Pickups. Our driver Tamim was very punctual, in fact he was early. He loaded our suitcases into the vehicle for us. He was smartly dressed, very pleasant and polite. The drive was smooth and comfortable. A very good Five Star service. Thank you.”

“My wife and daughter arrived tonight in Budapest and no driver was there, 10 calls to him and no answer, utterly discusted with your service. You say you have 24/7 contact, where’s the number??? Let’s see if you can manage to show for the return to the airport ! DO NOT BOOK THROUGH THIS USELESS COMPANY!”

“Booked return journeys from Fiumicino to centre of Rome. Both drivers were excellent, very professional. Pick up at the airport was very smooth with the driver having easy to see digital name board. Including pictures of the drivers on booking confirmation also made it a simple process. Would definitely use again and recommend.”

“My 5 star rating was for my return journey which was excellent. However my pickup journey from the airport was cancelled while I was on the flight to Budapest and I then had to arrange transport at the airport to get into Budapest Welcome pickups were unable to get a driver to meet my 10.00pm arrival time and they refunded my payment and reduced my return payment by 50%.”
