“I ordered a car from Welcome Pickups to take my family and I to the airport from our hotel. Early flight meant a 4:20am pick-up. Got quick confirmation by text, notified who driver would be, driver showed up a few minutes early (perfect), she was very friendly, helped with luggage, car was roomy and clean. Easy way to get to airport. A little pricey but reliable and reassuring.”

“No welcome. No transfer. Only 3 emails sent during my flight which arrived after I'd already wasted 40 minutes at the airport in Corfu looking for them. Email 1 - we've cancelled your booking. Email 2 - we've refunded your money. Email 3 - no drivers available. Useless, especially at 20.10 pm.”

“Initially there was no one there to meet us, but we phoned the driverJamal and he arrived within ten minutes. He very quickly sorted out the problem and transported us to our hotel. Jamal was exceptional, lots of information about Barcelona.”

“Excellent service, our driver was waiting for us, took our luggage and walked us over to the vehicle. A very clean and shiny car awaited us. Driver was friendly and skilled with negotiating the heavy traffic. Delivered us at our exact location with a smile. I will use their service again and recommend them to anyone seeking a better ride from airport to your destination.”

“We really enjoyed our Welcome Pick up driver that picked us up early at our hotel in Athens, Greece and drove us to the airport. We chatted with him about life in Greece and about our lives as well. We thought he was a very nice young man who was very proud of his young family and his job so he could provide for them.”

“excellent service provided. Driver was waiting as promised. Drive from airport to destination was efficient and quick. Return journey was equally good. Driver arrived about 10 minutes earlier than agreed pick-up time, this was totally acceptable so we were able to get to airport earlier which gave more time to check in. Drivers on both outward and return journeys were very friendly and would definitely use Welcome Pickups again.”
