“We used Welcome Pickups from Barcelona Airport to our hotel, and again on the return journey. Not sure if they are more expensive than a regular taxi but it was worth it to have someone waiting for us at arrivals, and again at our hotel for the return journey. Polite and courteous drivers. Would recommend them.”

“Excellent service that takes the stress out of travelling. The drivers were friendly, professional, prompt and safe and communicated their whereabouts so you always knew what was happening. When I needed to change a pick-up time, the customer service team could not have been more helpful or efficient. Would thoroughly recommend.”

“It is nice, that after a long airplane trip, you can trust there will be someone reliable waiting for you at the airport. Welcome pickups was great, they send me the name and photo of Marcello, who would be waiting for me, and he speaks my language, so I got some touristic information from him. I really liked his attention and efficiency!”

“Drover was absolugely on time. Vdry reliavle and outstandingly friendly. Would highly recommend Welcome pickups. It was a nice way of being welcomed in Rome with many advices what to see, where worth visiting, shopping and eating.”

“Prompt, safe drivers with an ability to communicate well. Very happy with the whole service from booking and follow up - until we were picked up. Excellent communication from the company.
