“This is an excellent service which i would use again. Our flight arrived 2 hours late, after midnight, and our driver was waiting in arrivals for us. He was very helpful and it felt safe with none of the hassles often experienced in being in an unfamiliar country, especially late at night. I also felt the prepaid charge was reasonable for the one hour journey.”

“Very satisfied withthe swrvice. Good communication. We received a photo of our driver and we also received a text that the driver is already present in the airport waiting for us. We were offered bottled water in the car. Goodservice. We booked our return trip to the airport with them.”

“I ordered a car from Welcome Pickups to take my family and I to the airport from our hotel. Early flight meant a 4:20am pick-up. Got quick confirmation by text, notified who driver would be, driver showed up a few minutes early (perfect), she was very friendly, helped with luggage, car was roomy and clean. Easy way to get to airport. A little pricey but reliable and reassuring.”

“No welcome. No transfer. Only 3 emails sent during my flight which arrived after I'd already wasted 40 minutes at the airport in Corfu looking for them. Email 1 - we've cancelled your booking. Email 2 - we've refunded your money. Email 3 - no drivers available. Useless, especially at 20.10 pm.”

“Initially there was no one there to meet us, but we phoned the driverJamal and he arrived within ten minutes. He very quickly sorted out the problem and transported us to our hotel. Jamal was exceptional, lots of information about Barcelona.”
